Christmas Cocktails
The Maldini
Ingredients:
Serves 1
• 50ml Hayman’s London Dry Gin
• 5ml Dry Vermouth
• 7.5ml Maldon salt solution (100ml water, 4g Maldon salt dissolved)
Method:
– Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir for approximately 15 seconds until diluted. Pour into a Nick and Nora or Martini Glass (chilled) and serve with a cornichon on a cocktail stick.
Salty Dog
Ingredients:
Serves 1
• 50ml Hayman’s Exotic Citrus Gin
• 40ml fresh grapefruit juice
• 20ml fresh lime juice
• 10ml sugar syrup
Method:
– Salt the rim of your Rock’s Glass. Shake and strain over ice. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
