Autumnal tastes

With autumn well and truly underway, The Ivy Norwich Brasserie is adding an array of new and exciting dishes to its already extensive menu. From White Onion Truffle Soup, featuring caramelised onion, artichoke purée, truffle mascarpone and artichoke crisps to Flat-Iron Chicken with creamed polenta, rocket, pine nuts, parmesan and lemon with a red wine sauce. For those with a sweet tooth, the brasserie has added a truly luxurious dessert; Coconut Panna Cotta featuring pineapple carpaccio, coconut, chilli and lime zest.

As the days get shorter and nights get longer, be sure to enjoy what The Ivy Norwich Brasserie has to offer this season.

October also sees the restaurant celebrate all things Halloween with a limited edition dessert. From Saturday, 29 until Monday, 31 October guests will be able to sink their teeth into the Chilling Praline Parfait, a spooktacular combination of a frozen hazelnut coffin with chocolate soil and raspberry sauce.

Lindsey Clifton, General Manager at The Ivy Norwich Brasserie, says: “Autumn is my favourite season of all, and the team and I are very much looking forward to welcoming guests and locals alike into the restaurant”.

The Perfect Pairing

Bruha and Dough&co have come together to celebrate their East Anglian heritage by creating a dual branded pale ale, available across all 16 Dough&co sites from September.

Bruha is renowned for producing clean, clear and crisp beers and the new 330ml Lager and Session Pale will be no different. The new beers are made using the best-quality heritage malted barley from the region to create a wonderfully balanced, light and refreshing ale to enhance Dough&co’s freshly-made pizzas. 

Dough&co’s authentic and Italian sourced pizzas are made using the finest ingredients and baked in wood-fired ovens. Since opening the first Dough&co restaurant in 2018, the brand has continued to expand its reach in East Anglia and beyond. The new joint-branded beer will be available for consumers to drink in or take out across all sites. 

“We’d admired Dough&co from afar as it began to expand its portfolio. When a mutual friend of our businesses suggested we collaborate on a joint branded beer it felt like a natural partnership,” comments Rob Breakwell, Bruha MD.
