This month is one which brings with it promises of fresh fabulous feasts and everything downright delicious. Previously seen as a symbol of fertility and new beginnings across Europe, the first chocolate egg was introduced to Britain in 1873 by Fry’s of Turkish Delight fame. Since then, the egg has risen in popularity with a variety of interpretations and flavours.
