Perfect prints

Time to think again about prints…

Autumn/Winter 2021 will have you going dotty for floral and checking out animal print.

Fashion advice fromKaty & Florrie, stylists at

As we say goodbye to the home office, the future of autumn/winter 2021 fashion is brave and bold; with an array of prints from chintzy florals to confident leopard print. Breaking away from the neutral tones and classic basics of loungewear, the chillier months have never looked so bright. Florals are becoming more grown-up with midi lengths and longer lengths as seen with instore brands, Thought and Soya Concept, and styled with chunky black boots.

Alongside botanical prints, there is a resurgence of true fashion maximalism with leopard prints appearing across different styles. Dresses, shirts and knitwear are showing brightly coloured and supersized animal prints. Stripes and chevrons are being mixed up for this season with oversized styles. Using this graphic pattern in strong colours and monochrome are making a lasting impact to capsule wardrobes. Investing in key pieces of fashion stripes from the ultra-classic Breton stripe to more playful rainbows will ensure a good basis as you move from autumn to winter, year-on-year.
