Strawberry Fizz – a family friendly cocktail

Ingredients: serves 1

• 125ml chilled sparkling elderflower presse*
per glass

• 1 tsp ART’s Strawberry Fizz jam per glass

• 25ml of orange juice (freshly squeezed, if possible) per glass

• Ice

*champagne, prosecco
or cava works just as well!

Method

– Place the jam in the glass and add the orange juice. Mix together well with the spoon.

– Add plenty of ice, then gently add the presse (or other bubbles), garnish with cut strawberries, serve and toast!
