Special event with Diane Danzebrink

As part of our commitment to supporting women through menopause, we are excited to host Diane Danzebrink, one of the UK’s leading menopause campaigners, at John Lewis Norwich on Thursday, 3rd October. Diane, a regular expert voice on national radio and TV, will be leading a special customer evening during International Menopause Awareness Month.

At this free event, Diane will share her expertise on how women can be better supported throughout all stages of menopause. She will tackle menopause myths, answer questions, and discuss a wide range of topics, from hot flushes and anxiety to hormone therapy and self-care. Diane’s passion for providing straightforward, accurate information will leave attendees feeling more informed and empowered.

Why This Matters

World Menopause Day falls on 18 October, and this year’s theme is Hormone Therapy (HRT). Diane will address the confusion and myths surrounding HRT, offering balanced and helpful information. With her background as a personal therapist, wellbeing consultant, and founder of Menopause Support, Diane is dedicated to helping women in Norfolk and beyond get the support they deserve.

Join us on 3 October for an evening of empowerment and education on The Balcony, near Benugo Cafe at John Lewis Norwich, 5pm-7pm
