In Conversation With Lady Glenconner

The magnificent stately home on the north Norfolk coast will host this amazing event where  Lady Glenconner, best-selling author of Lady in Waiting and Murder on Mustique, will be sharing insights about her extraordinary life and what inspired her new novel, A Haunting At Holkham. Lady Glenconner will be joined by David Whiteley, TV and radio presenter, well-known to local audiences as the co-presenter of ITV News Anglia. Tickets cost £45 which includes a drink on arrival and a signed copy of the new book.

Love Triangles

The University of East Anglia’s (UEA) School of Literature, Drama and Creative Writing is presenting a celebration of the plays of Caryl Churchill. Under the season title Love Triangles, third year drama students will present two of her plays, Love and Information and Blue Heart. In the current worldwide climate of political and personal uncertainty the plays, which address questions of identity, politics and love, are extremely relevant.

A Biddy’s Christmas Carol

A Biddy’s Christmas Carol is an innovative, playful and faithful adaptation of the story of Ebenezer Scrooge. The Keeper’s Daughter’s take on the Charles Dickens’ classic is quirky and contemporary, with just two actors playing all the parts. This imaginative re-telling of the well-known Victorian tale is an hour long and is suitable for all those aged five and over.
